I fell into newborn photography, kind of by accident! I worked for a company where the experience was really poor for new parents. The baby would be lay on their back, on a white towel and have a few photos just as they were like a passport photo. That was it!? So I gently started to turn babies to their sides and do simple poses I was comfortable in being able to capture until I was trained properly how to do newborn photoshoots with props and posing.
That was 10 years ago! 10 years of cuddling and capturing beautiful newborn moments.

The newborn photography studio in Stratford-upon-Avon | Warwickshire
The studio has free on site parking with no time limits, avoids the town centre and is easily accessible on the ground floor. It has been well considered to make available all the things the studio would require as a newborn photography space.
Warmly heated, comfy seating and cosy lighting help the studio feel like home.
It can be tricky to find as it is an an internal unit, but if you see the “how to find me” pages in the e-brochure it will help you immensely. You will find the studio inside a friendly and welcoming business centre on Timothy’s bridge road. The studio is exclusively for Cara Mia Photography so you won’t be sharing the space with anyone else during your visit.
The space is calm so that you can comfortably watch all the cuteness happening before your eyes. Cara will capture your new baby sleeping peacefully and swaddled in wraps as well as eyes wide open if they are awake.
Newborn photo shoots usually lasts around 2-3 hours, allowing plenty of time for family and sibling photos, lots of cuddling and feeds. Cara works patiently with baby and allows them the time to settle. There’s no rush as it’s best to work with baby’s wants and needs to keep them calm and the session relaxed.
Your newborn photoshoot easy to get to from Warwick, Leamington spa, Coventry and Solihull areas.
Just a short drive down the A46 or a train ride to Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway. You can easily avoid Stratford-upon-Avon town centre traffic, and there’s free on site parking!
By car.
There’s also tea and coffee on hand and no objection to bringing snacks or hot food from the on site cafe. It is easily accessible from Warwick, Leamington Spa and Coventry areas just down the A46 or from Solihull via the M40. You will find free on site parking available to use with no time limit.
Public transport.
Stratford-Upon-Avon Parkway train station is just down the road from the studio which is great if you are coming from the Birmingham area. There is also a bus stop practically outside the building which runs though to the centre of town.
